 Top 10 service, polite and helpful professionals, I managed to schedule my resonance in less than 2 hours, whoever makes an appointment always take a photocopy of identity, CPF, sus card, proof of residence and take the exam request! Parabéns Prefeito e obrigada, POR MAIS ESSA PÉSSIMA ATITUDE, a sua família deve ter plano de saúde, não precisa de atendimento pelo SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz o que tem que fazer, mas também não é lá nenhum estabelecimento 5 estrelas... Só avisando que, se você marcou um exame e por algum motivo teve de faltar, eles, na Secretaria, só remarcam um mês depois da data do exame; fui informada disso ontem, pois o cadastro não saiu do sistema, segundo eles.
Conselho: pergunte a eles, na hora que estiverem marcando o lugar para fazer o exame, se não tem um centro o mais próximo possível da sua casa... Eles não se atentam/importam com isso na hora de marcar!
It does what it has to do, but there is no 5-star establishment there either... Just letting you know that if you scheduled an exam and for some reason you had to miss it, they, at the Department, only reschedule one month after the exam date. ; I was informed of this yesterday, as the registration did not exit the system, according to them.
Advice: ask them, when they are booking the place to take the exam, if there is not a center as close as possible to your home... They do not pay attention/care about this when making an appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível infelizmente. Médico de primeiro nome Roberto foi embora do plantão no meio da medicação do meu filho de 10. Anos e não chegou outro pra dar continuidade, um absurdo pois viemos pra cá com esperança de ser atendido.
Fato ocorreu na upa do lote 15. 15/12/2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei que tanto de "funcionários" tem neste lugar, se eles não servem pra nada, tudo com má vontade para atender as pessoas, resumindo é cabide de emprego pra quem gosta de molezinha, pois lá tinha várias pessoas a toa, jogando conversa fora e com roupas inapropriadas (vestido curto). Se você precisar ligar pra lá, esquece ! O telefone não funciona. O único que me atendeu bem foi um rapazinho lá, único que é chegado ao trabalho... Porque de resto.... Nota zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários ignorantes e que só faltam te bater por ter que fazer seu trabalho, não sabem tratar outra pessoa com o mínimo de educação, nem parece que pagamos seus salários, parecem que estão nos fazendo um favor. Deveriam receber treinamento para aprender a tratar outras pessoas, afinal eles estão ali sendo pagos com dinheiro público para atender, não para ficar no celular ou gritar com as pessoas. Sistema sempre fora do ar, confusão ao receber pedidos. Precisa muito melhorar.
