★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro hospitalar novamente quebrado o equipamento ecocardiograma. E hoje como sempre , várias pessoas se deslocando até o CHM com muitas dificuldade, devido as suas enfermidades. E não é informado aos pacientes dessa fatalidade. Sejam mais humanos informem aos pacientes para que esses não se desloquem de seus lares e casas de repouso. Gastando ompouco dinheiro que possuem e se sacrificando por nada. Obrigado Prefiro Paulo Serra e secretário de saúde pela manhã administração.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima a saude na cidade de Santo André. Hoje 01 julho 2019. Posto de pronto atendimento Bangu. Sem sistema desde cedo. Tudo uma bagunça. Levei meu pai no retorno pra ver exame e voltei pra casa sem assistencia nenhuma. Um senhor de 75 anos. Saude precaria é elogio em Santo André. So prestamos quando precisam de votos. Depois somos todos descartados. Como lixos. Vergonha.
Poor health in the city of Santo André. Today 01 July 2019. Post office Bangu. No system since early. It's all a mess. I took my father in return to see the exam and returned home without any assistance. A man of 75 years. Precarious health is praise in St. Andrew. We only pay when they need votes. Then we are all discarded. Like rubbish. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de esperar 2 meses e meio por uma consulta na Policlínica do Bom Pastor ( linda por fora, péssima por dentro) hoje ( 31/07) me ligaram dizendo que minha consulta de amanhã (01/08) com o clínico geral, terá que ser remarcada porque o médico abandonou o posto. ?????????????? Até quando descaso na saúde.
After waiting two and a half months for a consultation at the Policlínica do Bom Pastor (beautiful outside, very bad inside) today (31/07) they called me saying that my appointment tomorrow (01/08) with the general practitioner, will have to be remarked because the doctor left the post. ?????????????? Benedita reis dos santos silva, o medicamento azitromicina, mas não fui atendido porque a receita é de 2019 sendo que é de uso continuo, e que a minha mãe é atendida a cada 6 meses pelo Dr Humberto, infectologista que atende na vila Vitória. Declaro que a minha mãe é atendida no mesmo posto há 15 anos com a Dra Cláudia

Há muitas pessoas aqui aguardando atendimento, poucos profissionais no plantão, mas diante de tantas dificuldades, minha mãe teve um atendimento digno. A equipe se esforçou ao máximo para atender a demanda. Sou grata por essa equipe maravilhosa presente ao plantão, desde a recepção. Entendo o quanto é angustiante para essa equipe dar conta de toda demanda e muitas vezes não ter a compreensão de que tem coisas que estão na governabilidade deles e que estão fazendo o qu é possível. Quero agradecer pela atenção dispensada a minha mãe e desejar a toda a equipe muitas felicidades!. Gratidão UPA Bangú
It is 11:48 pm my mother just received care at UPA Bangú. There are many people here waiting for care, few professionals on duty, but faced with so many difficulties, my mother had a dignified service. The staff went out of their way to meet the demand. I am grateful for this wonderful staff present at the call from the front desk. I understand how distressing it is for this team to deal with all the demands and often not to understand that there are things that are in their governability and that they are doing what is possible.
