★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pq não consigo acessar a lista pública de espera, atenderam e transferiram pra o setor responsável, passei cerca de 15 minutos ouvindo aquela música chata e a ligação caiu, agora nem o tel principal estão atendendo. Em tempos de pandemia os serviços telefônicos, de internet são de importância, evita que o cidadão vá até a ubs pra resolver uma coisa simples que se pode resolver por outros meios que infelizmente não funcionam bem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! O telefone da central não atende nas opções 6 e quando conseguimos algum contato na opção 7, ouvidoria, esperamos 4 minutos para ouvir que todos os técnicos estão em atendimento! Na prática não conseguimos falar com a secretaria da saúde do município! Falta de respeito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graças a Deus nunca precisei ir... Diante das leituras das avaliações e de mais de 15 dias esperando uma liberação de código sendo comorbidade e ensino fundamental I, é de indignar... Daí falam vai no posto, os postos de saúde que visitei a na última sexta me causaram desespero, era o COVIDAO da bagunça, sem fila, sem triagem, sem nada e sem vacina... Trabalho on line pela manhã, não em home office e preciso ir no drive que me atenderia muito bem... Mas a desordem é tão grande, talvez misturada a outras situações que nunca liberam o código, deve está sendo analisado pela NASA... Enfim... Depois esperam que eu elogie sistema publico de saúde... Já tem professores do ensino médio e da rede pública (home office) se vacinando... E então onde fica a tal credobikidade... EDVALDO NOGUEIRA É WANESCA BARBOSA?! DIFÍCIL NÉ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você liga, prontamente atendem, porém quando transferem para o setor do financeiro, absolutamente ninguém atende, fica tocando várias vezes intercalando com musiquinha, e impossível falar com eles, deve ser um acordo entre eles pra trabalhar menos, o setor mais preguiçoso da SMS Aracaju e desrespeitoso, e estão lá só parasitando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc fica mais de 10 min. No telefone e a ouvidoria não atende. Qdo liga pra secretaria eles passam pra outra pessoa que desliga o telefone na cara.
