★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enviaram o link para o evento que aconteceria no próximo dia, fora do horário comercial resultando em minha ausência no mesmo. Quando reclamei tentaram imputar que a culpa do mesmo era minha, já que outras pessoas atenderam o curso. Para me devolver o dinheiro me exigiram um recibo antes de terem me depositado o dinheiro. Como Gestalterapeuta e psicólogo eu NÃO recomendo este estabelecimento comercial para nada relacionado a Gestalt terapia.

They sent me the link to the event that would take place the next day, outside business hours resulting in my absence from it. When I complained, they tried to impute that it was my fault, as other people attended the course. To return the money to me, they required a receipt before they deposited the money. As a Gestalt therapist and psychologist I DO NOT recommend this business establishment for anything related to Gestalt therapy.

Estudei por 2 anos nessa instituição, no primeiro ano com professor Antonio e no segundo ano com professora Berenice. Professores ótimos, competentes super atenciosos. Indico super esse curso para todos que tiverem interesse em conhecer sobre Psicanalise.
Excellent course in Fundamentals of Psychoanalysis.
I studied for 2 years at this institution, the first year with Professor Antonio and the second year with Professor Berenice. Great teachers, competent super attentive. I recommend this course for everyone who is interested in knowing about Psychoanalysis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que precisar muito para ter os serviços prestados. O atendimento primário é lento, cheio de inconsistências.
O Administrativo/secretaria e uma prova de persistência. Parece que tem que decifrar pegadinhas nas informações.
Muita dificuldade em ter o atendimento efetivo com os profissionais de saúde mental.
Apesar disso, sei que o instituto faz um excelente trabalho, quando finalmente se consegue chegar até eles (profissionais). Lamentável que não sejam claros nas informações essenciais para um efetivo atendimento.
You have to need a lot to have the services provided. Primary care is slow, full of inconsistencies.
The Administrative/secretary and a proof of persistence. Looks like you have to decipher pranks on the information.
It is very difficult to have effective care with mental health professionals.
In spite of that, I know that the institute does an excellent job, when it is finally possible to reach them (professionals). It is regrettable that they are not clear in the essential information for an effective service.
