Não há fiscalização e se pressupõe que funcionários deste setor recebem propinas de empresas anunciantes para não fiscalizar. Exemplo disto foi a concessão de toda esquina de João Pessoa para anúncios empresariais. Enquanto o mundo usa o celular para propagandas, Gps e foca na internet. João Pessoa retrocede deixando a cidade mais suja e poluída em benefício de poucos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretária de desenvolvimento humano do Estado da Paraíba , localizada na avenida Presidente Epitácio Pessoa , pertinho do shopping Moriá, com estacionamento na frente e na sua lateral, podendo também estacionar nas medicações do prédio, e para quem usa transporte público coletivo tem paradas bem pertinho nas duas vias da avenida !!!
