★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho duas crianças no ensino fundamental, e conforme vão passando de ano mudam de escola, sempre temos que correr pra deixar os 2 juntos devido a logistica, e todas as vezes que resolver essa situação, Graças a DEUS a SEDUC sempre me atendeu, qdo não consigo resolver na escola, não penso 2 vezes vou direto na SEDUC e meu problema é resolvido, gostaria de agradecer em especial a Senhora Magda central de vagas, muito atenciosa e pronta a resolver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da funcionária da central de vagas, demora no atendimento telefônico, atendimento começa as 9h vc ligar ramal só chama, fica dias tentando um atendimento telefônico quando consegue não passa as informações completa, pede para você ir ate o local você vai fica na fila, se der 16 horas e você ainda estiver la dentro mas na fila eles dispensa e não é atendido, manda voltar outro dia. Se o atendimento é até as 16h ele deve entregar uma senha até as 15:30h, e não dispensar as pessoa na fila já esta la dentro.
Sem contar que a funcionaria da central de vagas é mal humorada, não sabe atender, não sabe lidar com o atendimento ao publico. Se atende mal os pais imagina como nossos filhos será tratada dentro da escola..
Devemos passar stress, amolação das pessoas, fazendo as pessoas de besta para que possamos exigir o direito de uma criança. Cadê a Lei LDB9394 96 esta apenas de decoração..
