★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei uma maleta de maquiagens na segunda dia 08/01. Linda, Mas percebi que veio com defeito, pois uns dos fechos estava sem parafuso. Levei até a loja junto com a pessoa que me deu, para realizar a troca. E não trocaram, disseram que eu deveria deixar lá para que levassem para trocar. Depois de 2 dias, me ligaram para buscar, a maleta veio pior do que já estava e por fim resolveram que eu poderia trocar por outra mercadoria. Achei um absurdo e descaso, pois até onde eu sei, um produto com defeito deve ser trocado no mesmo dia. Em fim, não compro mais e nem recomendo!
I won a makeup bag on the second day 08/01. Beautiful, but I noticed that it came defective, because one of the clasps was without screw. I took it to the store with the person who gave it to me, to make the exchange. And they didn't change, they said that I should leave it there so they could take it to change. After 2 days, they called me to look for it, the suitcase came worse than it already was and finally they decided that I could exchange it for another merchandise. I found it absurd and neglect, as far as I know, a defective product must be exchanged on the same day. In the end, I don't buy more and I don't recommend it!
