★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Cheguei para tirar dúvidas sobre o encceja2019 afinal, dizia para procurar o órgão. Apenas falaram que era pelo site, mas não sabem informar qual é o site, onde faço a solicitação e etc. As atendentes tudo de mal humor!!! Péssimo!
 Terrible attendance. I arrived to ask questions about encceja2019 after all, said to look for the organ. They just said it was for the site, but they don't know what the site is, where I make the request and etc. The attendants all in a bad mood !!! Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho ido lá com frequência e buscando no site de acordo com eles na hora da entrada no certificado pra fazer a consulta do processo dei entrada em janeiro e até o presente momento permaneço cego pois não tenho nenhuma informação.

I entered my process to obtain my high school diploma because the school I studied was closed. However, 4 months have passed and the process has not progressed. I call 2332-1661 and no one answers. Total neglect. I need my document urgently.

No shame in this state! Don't waste time going there, it's not a secretary of education anymore. The state did not update the addresses and we were like a clown back and forth!
