O Cidcard serve pra que? Um trabalho para fazer, quando você precisa pra comprovar sua residência não serve pra nada.
Aprendam a ser eduacados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui informado pela segunda vez que a matrícula foi indeferida, motivo não foi caracterizado moradia, resido a 15 anos em SCS e neste endereço há 6 anos. Detalhe não houve visita. CID card todos temos.
I was informed for the second time that the registration was refused, the reason was not characterized as housing, I have lived in SCS for 15 years and at this address for 6 years. Detail there was no visit. CID card we all have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indignada com a forma de tratamento que temos .. desde 2018 eu não recebo um auxílio uniforme.. em 2018 mesmo me cobraram a nota fiscal na qual foi entregue na escola e nunca mais achada... nos outros anos não fui atrás porém tenho direito.. e fui muito mal atendida pelo Danilo da ouvidoria... agora se meu filho vai sem uniforme pra escola não entra.. Eu não tenho culpa que essa nota não chegou até onde deveria chegar
Indignant with the form of treatment we have .. since 2018 I have not received uniform aid.. in 2018 they even charged me the invoice in which it was delivered to the school and never found again... in other years I did not go after it but I have the right .. and I was very poorly attended by Danilo from the ombudsman... now if my son goes to school without a uniform, he doesn't enter.. It's not my fault that this grade didn't get as far as it should have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar minha péssima experiência no atendimento telefônico com atende CAROL super grossa, sem paciência, não teve o mínimo de empatia para explicar o processo de transferência. Sem educação total, o que me espanta é a secretaria da educação não ter um atendente com educação (Seeduc) na verdade deveria ser “se eduque” para próximas contratações requisito básico ter EDUCAÇÃO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de uma resposta, se realmente tem alguém que se dá ao trabalho de atender o munícipe, quanto a baixíssima qualidade da escola e da direção do EMEF Oswaldo Massei, como pode haver um quadro de direção tão negligente e despreparado assim. Quanto a questão do bullying eles tratam como se a vítima fosse a culpada e mantém os assediadores protegidos sem tomar nenhuma medida. Já acionei o MP para que seja levantada a omissão da secretaria de SCS e dos gestores. Aguardem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários completamente mal educados, solicitei transferência da minha filha ano passado e até agora não consegui, liguei na secretaria e pela segunda vez essa mesma funcionária me tratou muito mal, na primeira vez disse q eu poderia colocar a minha filha de 15 anos no ônibus sozinha para ir na escola e na segunda vez disse que se eu não estiver satisfeita que coloque minha filha na escola estadual, mas tenho uma escola ao lado da minha casa e tenho que levar minha filha distante porque não tem vaga, hoje me deparei no Facebook com o pedido de uma mãe solicitando transporte escolar para dias crianças que moram em São Paulo para vir na escola Municipal em São Caetano como pode isso? Eu pago imposto moro na cidade e não tenho vagas e pessoas de fora tem! Parabéns para a equipe de sindicância do município ????
