★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone e deixa o cidadão com prejuízo, tendo que se deslocar até prédio da sefaz, ter que falar pessoalmente com as pessoas mais importantes e mais ocupadas do mundo. Porque ninguém tem o que fazer, só as estrelas do governo do estado.
Nobody answers the phone and leaves the citizen at a loss, having to go to the SEFAZ building, having to speak personally with the most important and busiest people in the world. Because nobody has anything to do, only the stars of the state government.

Lousy service, I have already called practically all available phones to ask for information and never answer. Unfortunately, the public sectors of the state fall short.

Worst experience possible. In addition to working grudgingly, they give you wrong information, when you're lucky they answer a phone. It deserves negative stars for the disservice they offer.

Terrible telephone service, needs to evolve with service via ZAP and/or CHAT the virtual form is a great way to streamline processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um estabelecimento governamental de qualquer esfera, jamais pode ter o seu início de atendimento ao público a partir das 13:00 hrs. Tem de ser de 9:00 até às 18:00 hrs.
A government establishment of any sphere can never start serving the public after 1:00 pm. It has to be from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.
