★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo! Os telefones disponíveis não funcionam, ninguém atende. Sem falar nos serviços on-line, sempre fora do ar. Um deserviço a população, algo criado com o objetivo de facilitar a vida do cidadão, só tem atrapalhado.
 Terrible service! Available phones don't work, no one answers. Not to mention the online services, which are always offline. A service to the population, something created with the aim of making life easier for citizens, has only got in the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ claramente um um serviço ruim e só ganhou uma estrela pq não pode ser menos que isso, é tão ruim que surgiu até boatos que por causa dessa empresa o google quer colocar estrelas negativas para avaliação -⭐
clearly a bad service and it only got one star because it can't be less than that, it's so bad that there are even rumors that because of this company google wants to put negative stars for evaluation -⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não explicam as coisas direito, você fica horas esperando ser atendido para chegar na hora o atendente dizer que você deve fazer seu procedimento on-line ,e nem te informam como fazer e oque é necessário para o cliente parcelar o iptu.( É o famoso te vira aí)
Terrible service, they don't explain things right, you wait for hours to be attended to and the attendant says you should do your procedure online, and they don't even tell you how to do it and what is necessary for the customer to pay the iptu in installments.( It's the famous turn you there)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando emitir o boleto para pagamento do IPTU e não abre para impressão, de jeito nenhum... Incrível. Imaginem que eu estou querendo pagar, já pensaram se fosse para receber??? O ano passado comprei um imóvel e fiquei uma semana tentando emitir o boleto do ITBI, foi muito difícil para conseguir; fiz reclamações e críticas e até hoje nada mudou, o sistema continua péssimo.
I'm trying to send the ticket for payment from the IPTU and does not open for printing, no way ... Incredible. Imagine that I want to pay, have you thought if it was to receive ??? Last year I bought a property and stayed a week trying to send the ITBI ticket, it was very difficult to get; I made complaints and criticism and until today nothing has changed, the system remains poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nostalgia não tá somente no casarão escolhido como prédio, tu se sente nos anos 40 quando precisa de qualquer serviço. Pra tirar uma simples cnd municipal, tem que ir lá, pq o site é totalmente bugado. E ainda tem outra, tu morre tentando ligar e dá ocupado e ninguém atende, e ainda tem o risco de tu ir lá e eles não saberem atender (já aconteceu comigo).
