★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que não cumpre o código de defesa foi consumidor, anuncia produtos sem informar os problemas e obstáculos técnicos e depois recusa a realizar a troca, senão fosse uma compra pelo mercado livre onde o cliente tem direito a devolução, teria prejuízo, eles vendem produtos que comprometem completamente a segurança, não tem conhecimento do segmento e da rotina de um sistema de alarme e não tem condições nenhuma de avaliar os riscos e falhas, e quando alguém que possui o conhecimento eles recusam escutar e além de tudo começam desligar o telefone e não atender o consumidor, péssima conduta empresarial, não recomendo, tenho 15 anos de experiência no setor e essa é uma das piores empresas de venda de equipamentos, eles montam kits que não trabalham corretamente em conjunto, típico de quem não tem conhecimento do funcionamento e da realidade e da necessidade de um sistema no dia a dia!
