Não era cliente deles ainda, quando estava fora de casa, meu portão abriu e meus cachorros saíram. Quando cheguei, percebi que tinha algo diferente em casa, no dia seguinte, encontrei na caixa de correio um cartão, explicando que meu portão estava aberto e os cachorros na rua, e que eles tinham recolhido meus filhotes e fecharam o portão... minha gratidão é enorme. Após o ocorrido, ainda demorei um tempo pra me tornar cliente deles, e nem por isso, deixei de ter o cuidado e atenção deles. São extremamente ágeis, profissionais e competentes.

I wasn't their customer yet, when I was out of the house, my gate opened and my dogs left.
