★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei no dia 30/03 a guia de pagamento de ITBI. O atendente disse que fica pronto de 3 a 5 dias. Hoje já é 14/04 e não está pronto isso. Ligo mil vezes e ninguém atende. E quando atendem, dizem que vão verificar e não me dão retorno de nada. Péssimo atendimento. Só quero pagar essa guia pra poder registrar meu imóvel, mas estou dependendo desta guia e sumiram com meu processo, não encontram, por isso não tá pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Os mesmos problemas de todos os anos: é impossível resolver qualquer coisa via Internet ou telefone. O sité nunca funciona, é super limitado, e o telefone ninguém atende a anos. Se tentar resolver algo pessoalmente, vai lidar com os piores "profissionais" possíveis, não sabem resolver nada, não sabem nem o que estão fazendo ali. Talvez seja a pior prefeitura do planeta. Isso pq é pra pagar títulos.
