★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não sei porque colocam que de sábado é aberto, sendo que nem atender o telefone vocês atendem, estou tentando ligar para pedir uma informação e a ligação cai, dígito o ramal e cai, dígito as opções e cai também, mando mensagem no WhatsApp só visualizam e não responde, pelo menos podiam dizer que estão fechados e só na segunda feira vão poder me ajudar !

Não atende o telefone e qdo atente transfere o ramal e da lhe musiquinha.Pra conseguir um boleto depois de 15 dias tentando. Só consegui pq falei direto com a Humanas seguro.Resumindo uma M..... o atendimento da Seguralta.Qualquer coisa estou a disposição para melhor esclarecimentos.
