★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO. Imobiliaria não resolve os problemas estruturais da casa de locação. Só atende os desejos dos proprietarios. Estamos com problemas e eles simplesmente ignoram os inquilinos, UM ABSURDO.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Real estate does not solve the structural problems of the rental house. It only meets the wishes of the owners. We are in trouble and they just ignore the tenants, ABSURD.

Estamos sem poder utilizar 2 quartos do imovel, devido a um problema estrutural acarretando prejuízo para a família. Aluguel pago em dia, RETORNO ZERO.
ESCAPE THIS PROPERTY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have been waiting for more than a month for a leak and mold problem in our house and the real estate company has not resolved the situation. We are unable to use 2 bedrooms of the property, due to a structural problem causing damage to the family. Rent paid on time, ZERO RETURN.

Eles utilizam assinaturas de contratos e demais solicitações totalmente online, via cartório digital. Facilita muito essa condição. Recomendo
