★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A um mês atrás ,Eu Patez,levei meu celular para arrumar a entrada ,esse estava com a tela trincada porém funcionava normalmente. Fui orientado a trocar a tela e me deram três meses de garantia. Um mês após o conserto que foi muito rápido, aliás, no mesmo dia estava pronto. Minha tela não estava funcionando e como estava na garantia dos três meses ,levei a Seeikoo para arrumar. Deixei meu celular dia 21/05/2020 hoje é dia 28/05/2020 e até o momento ninguém me dá retorno sobre meu aparelho, pessimo atendimento de retorno, eu só utilizo esse celular para tudo e estou incomunicável desde então. Ligo lá quase todos os dias para saber sobre o aparelho e sempre a resposta é que está na mesa para o técnico avaliar, ou o técnico faltou ou ligaremos quando estiver pronto. Quando me entregarem o aparelho funcionando eu coloco na descrição a data de entrega?. Liguei agora a tarde as 15:45 e finalmente foi me dada a opção de trocar a tela ou atualizar, porém só será realizado o serviço amanhã dia 29/05/2020. Caso isso aconteça e tudo dê certo ,subo a minha avaliação para 4 estrelas e falta melhorar só a agilidade para retorno e resolução de problema de retorno. Atualizado para 4 estrelas.
 A month ago, Eu Patez, I took my cell phone to fix the entrance, it had a cracked screen but it worked normally. I was instructed to change the screen and was given a three-month warranty. A month after the repair, which was very fast, in fact, on the same day it was ready. My screen was not working and as it was under the three month warranty, I took Seeikoo to fix it. I left my cell phone on 5/21/2020 and today it is 5/28/2020 and so far no one gives me feedback on my device, pessimo return service, I only use this cell phone for everything and I have been incommunicable ever since. I call there almost every day to find out about the device and the answer is always that it is on the table for the technician to evaluate, or the technician was absent or we will call when he is ready. When I get the device working, I put the delivery date in the description?. I called now in the afternoon at 15:45 and finally I was given the option to change the screen or update, however the service will only be carried out tomorrow 29/05/2020. If this happens and everything goes well, I will raise my rating to 4 stars and I just need to improve the agility for return and resolution of the return problem. Updated to 4 stars.
