Só tive dor de cabeça, eles não repassam o valor do aluguel na data correta, tive que cobrar todo mês. E quando o inquilino saiu da casa, a comunicação ficou ainda pior, não retornam minhas mensagens e só enrolando quando ligo.
Não indico para ninguém essa imobiliária!!!
Terrible service!
I just had a headache, they don't transfer the rent on the correct date, I had to charge every month. And when the tenant left the house, the communication got even worse, they don't return my messages and only stalling when I call.
I do not recommend this property to anyone!!!

Alugamos um apartamento e fomos super bem atendidos mas na hora de devolver infelizmente percebemos que eles são totalmente desrespeitosos e tem zero profissionalismo! Solicitaram que pintássemos o apartamento … não nos negamos a pintar porém eles ficaram de nos enviar os orçamentos para finalizarmos tudo e eles simplesmente sumiram desde SETEMBRO/21 nunca mais responderam nenhum e-mail, e agora MARÇO/2022 estamos com uma cobrança de mais de 3.700,00 para pagar com o meu nome correndo o risco de ir para o Serasa por descaso deles, por eles não cumprirem com a parte deles! Mandamos e-mails, ninguém responde, mandamos mensagens no WhatsApp ninguém responde!
Não se enganem com a gentileza e simpatia na hora de alugar, se preparem para dor de cabeça na hora do fim do contrato são os piores profissionais que já conheci, se eu pudesse dar 0 estrelas eu daria, inclusive vou procurar meus direitos diretamente com a justiça!
RUN FROM THIS HEADACHE, RUN FROM THIS REAL ESTATE!
We rented an apartment and we were super well taken care of but when we returned unfortunately we realized that they are totally disrespectful and have zero professionalism! They asked us to paint the apartment... we didn't refuse to paint it but they kept sending us the quotes to finish everything and they just disappeared since SEPTEMBER/21 they never answered any emails, and now MARCH/2022 we have a charge of more than 3,700.00 to pay with my name at the risk of going to Serasa because of their negligence, because they don't fulfill their part! We send emails, no one responds, we send WhatsApp messages, no one responds!
Don't be fooled by the kindness and sympathy when renting, prepare for a headache when the contract ends, they are the worst professionals I've ever met, if I could give 0 stars I would, I'll even seek my rights directly with the justice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida desde o começo pelo corretor Ricardo, que me apresentou diversas opções de imóveis até que eu encontrasse um que se encaixava no que eu procurava, foi fazer visita nos imóveis escolhidos por mim, e meu esposo até pelo horário da noite, que era o horário que nós poderia está indo ver o imóvel, até a finalização da compra com a lorrane, Renan, e a Sabrina proprietária, que, inclusive tirou uma tarde todinha para tirar minhas dúvidas e junto a mim, entrou em contato com a gerente do banco para explicar o atraso que foi especificamente do banco caixa econômica, houve uns contratempos mas tudo no tempo de Deus, E a empresa Select é super de confiança, empresa séria e idônea, finalizei a compra junto com o meu esposo, e apesar de alguns contratempos com o banco do vendedor estamos satisfeito com a compra, e com a imobiliária! Lembrando também do pós venda, que um mês após a compra ainda tiro algumas dúvidas com a imobiliária e me atendem super bem, e com rapidez. Desejo sucesso para todos da imobiliária, em especial a lorrane e para a Sabrina!

Also remembering the after-sales service, that a month after the purchase I still take some questions with the real estate and they serve me very well, and quickly. I wish success to everyone at real estate, especially lorrane and Sabrina!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um contrato de locação por 15 meses nessa imobiliária. Foram super prestativos na hora de fechar o contrato, maravilhosos.
Tive que me mudar antes do término do contrato de 30 meses e solicitei a rescisão e aí começou o problema.
Primeiro que demoraram um século para me responder o e-mail informando da rescisão e só responderam depois de contato telefônico informando que eu tinha enviado um e-mail.
Depois uma luta para devolver o caução pago, em contrato diz que deve ser devolvido em até 7 dias úteis após rescisão, pois bem. Recebi após 23 dias e muitas dor de cabeça por ter que ficar cobrando todos os dias.
E por fim, não recebi nenhum cálculo detalhando sobre o rendimento do valor do caução e o que foi descontado referente a multa. Simplesmente fizeram o pix depois de muita insistência minha e pronto.
Me deixaram totalmente no escuro referente ao cálculo que foi feito sobre minha rescisão.
Estou totalmente insatisfeita com atendimento prestado a mim. Nunca mais volto a fazer negócio e não indico para ninguém.
I had a 15 month lease at this real estate company. They were super helpful when closing the contract, wonderful.
I had to move before the end of the 30 month contract and I requested the termination and then the problem started.
First, they took a century to respond to the email informing me of the termination and only responded after a phone call informing me that I had sent an email.
After a fight to return the deposit paid, in the contract it says that it must be returned within 7 working days after termination, well. I received it after 23 days and a lot of headaches from having to charge every day.
And finally, I did not receive any calculation detailing the yield from the deposit amount and what was deducted regarding the fine. They just made the pix after much insistence on my part and that's it.
They left me completely in the dark regarding the calculation that was made on my termination.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service provided to me. I will never do business again and will not recommend to anyone.

Alugamos uma casa e disseram que entregariam pintada como dizia o contrato,não entregaram,eu tive que pintar a casa toda.
Com 1 mês morando apareceu um vazamento no quarto dos meus filhos,a imobiliária demorou 2 semanas para responder.Pediram pra eu ir no vizinho (pedreiro da proprietária ) e chamar pra fazer o serviço,ele fez mas deixou td quebrado e assim esta até hj.
Há 3 meses começou uma infiltração no meu quarto,reclamamos e até agora nada,o teto esta verde de bolor e o reboco começando a cair,a imobiliária nem atenção da.
Há 3 semanas reclamo que a instalação elétrica cai quando usamos o chuveiro no estágio “outono” nem é o máximo “inverno”.Com exatos 3 minutos ele cai a energia.Chamamos o “eletricista “ da proprietária seguindo recomendação da imobiliária,ele veio e disse que toda a instalação corre o risco de incêndio.Chamamos outro eletricista de nossa confiança,ele disse a mesma coisa e fez um orçamento.A imobiliária então mandou o eletricista deles,e ele disse que a casa pode pegar fogo pq a caixa de disjuntores pode pegar fogo a qualquer momento.
A imobiliária entrou em contato e disse que passaria o orçamento para o conselho deles e depois a proprietária para ai sim efetuar os reparos,porém isso poderia demorar uma semana.Enquanto isso eu,minha esposa e meus filhos continuaremos tomando banho gelado.
Imobiliária irresponsável por alugar um imóvel sem condições e que coloca em risco a segurança e a vida do locatário e mesmo assim demonstram total desprezo pelo cliente.

We rented a house and they said they would deliver it painted as the contract said, they didn't, I had to paint the whole house.
With 1 month living, a leak appeared in my children's room, the real estate company took 2 weeks to respond. .
3 months ago an infiltration started in my room, we complained and so far nothing, the ceiling is green with mold and the plaster is starting to fall off, the real estate doesn't even pay attention.
I have been complaining for 3 weeks that the electrical installation fails when we use the shower in the “autumn” stage, nor is it the maximum “winter”. With exactly 3 minutes, the power goes out. said that the entire installation is at risk of fire. We called another electrician we trust, he said the same thing and made a quote. The real estate then sent their electrician, and he said that the house could catch fire because the circuit breaker box can catch fire at any time.
The real estate company got in touch and said that they would pass the budget on to their advice and then the owner to make the repairs, but that could take a week.
Real estate irresponsible for renting a property without conditions and that puts the safety and life of the lessee at risk and even so they show total contempt for the customer.
