★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graças a Deus encontrei essa assistência técnica, se não eu teria tido um prejuízo de 1200 reais .
Levei meu aparelho (j7 prime )em duas assistências anteriores a esta e as duas condenaram minha placa ao levar nesta assistência já desiludido , o técnico Antônio já me deu uma resposta bem diferente dos outros 2. Não deu de cara uma resposta negativa, já percebi uma diferença enorme no atendimento .
Deixei meu aparelho para avaliação , no dia seguinte o mesmo entrou em contato comigo
Informando que o aparelho tinha salvação e que o valor ficaria em 150,00 para a resolução do problema .
No dia seguinte fui buscar meu aparelho funcionando como NOVO.

Thank God I found this technical assistance, otherwise I would have had a loss of 1200 reais.
I took my device (j7 prime) in two assists prior to this and both condemned my plate to take this assistance already disappointed, the coach Antonio has given me a very different answer from the other 2. Did not face a negative answer, I realized a huge difference in service.
I left my device for evaluation, the next day it contacted me
Informing that the device had salvation and that the value would be 150.00 for solving the problem.
The next day I went to get my device working as NEW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu celular para troca de tela, 3 dias depois a tela começou a descolar e ao longo do dia, foi desaparecendo as imagens até ficar toda preta. Levei novamente para nova troca e tinha outra cliente reclamando que levou o celular para arrumar uma coisa e voltou com a câmera quebrada.
No dia combinado da entrega, depois de ser ignorada via WhatsApp e muita insistência ligando, a pessoa que atendeu não soube responder se meu celular estava pronto.
Agora estou tentando ligar novamente e só chama até cair a ligação.
Depois de MUITA insistencia, liguei em outro numero e aumentaram o prazo pra troca.
5 dias pra trocar a tela do celular, muito bom, nota 1
I left my phone to change the screen, 3 days later the screen started to peel off and throughout the day, the images disappeared until it was all black. I took it again for another exchange and had another customer complaining that he took his cell phone to fix something and came back with the broken camera.
On the agreed delivery day, after being ignored via WhatsApp and insisting on calling, the person who answered it did not know if my cell phone was ready.
Now I'm trying to call again and just call until the connection goes off.
After a LOT of insistence, I called another number and increased the time for exchange.
5 days to change the phone screen, very good, note 1

There is no warranty for durable products. Bought 2 cables in 20 days showed vices and no longer works. I looked for the store to exchange and they didn't decide. Terrible service. I do not recommend.
