Na unidade em Caruaru só acho que alguns aparelhos poderiam ser dispostos em maior quantidade, mas de um modo geral o custo-benefício é muito bom! Obs: Para iniciantes sem um Personal individual pode ser que o formato "Self It" não seja o mais adequado.
 Excellent structure, professional support and good atmosphere, easy location. At the unit in Caruaru, I only think that some devices could be arranged in larger quantities, but in general the cost-benefit is very good! There is no need for more instructors, or for them to show beginners how to do the correct exercise, the gym itself is very top, I'm loving it.
