Gosto das aulas de pilates, fitdance, GAP e jump. Mas existem outras, pela manhã ou tarde. Não têm telefone, por isso tive que fazer a matrícula pela internet. Como é uma rede, posso fazer em qualquer outra unidade, inclusive em outros municípios (gostei disso). No geral os equipamentos são bons, o tratamento também é bom, pelo menos de professores e alunos das aulas que participo, bem como das recepcionistas.
 I like the gym even though I only take classes. Personally I don't like bodybuilding, although I see a single trainer for many people. Soon...
I like the pilates, fitdance, GAP and jump classes. But there are others, in the morning or afternoon. They don't have a telephone, so I had to register online. As it is a network, I can do it in any other unit, including in other municipalities (I liked that). In general, the equipment is good, the treatment is also good, at least for the teachers and students of the classes I participate in, as well as the receptionists.
