★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO. Fui muito mal atendido pela Sra. ALINE AMORIM, do "Departamento Comercial Técnico". Pessoa extremamente grossa e arrogante. Não tem preparo nenhum para lidar com clientes. Tampouco tem conhecimento daquilo que está fazendo, pois não sabe ou não quer dar respostas às nossas perguntas.
Além disso, o técnico precisou voltar 3 vezes ao meu estabelecimento para conseguir executar o serviço, pois sempre ESQUECIA as peças necessárias para a manutenção.
 TERRIBLE. I was badly assisted by Ms. ALINE AMORIM, from the "Technical Commercial Department". Extremely rude and arrogant person. It has no preparation for dealing with customers. Nor is he aware of what he is doing, as he does not know or does not want to answer our questions.
In addition, the technician had to return to my establishment 3 times to be able to perform the service, as he always FORGOT the parts needed for maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho tres maquinas na minha loja, comprei ha alguns anos...maquinas dentro do que se espera de uma empresa pioneira, porém, serviço prestação péssimo, no sentido de ser absurdamente caro, superfaturado, cobram até o ar que o técnico respira...Acham que estão na Europa, é cobrança de segundo, minuto, hora; centimetro , metro e km SUPOSTAMENTE percorrido, não tem um serviço eficiente e moderno de delivery de peças ou call center..em suma, acaba por denegrir a qualidade inicial das máquinas...mas não há problemas...JÁ HÁ TÉCNICOS INDEPENDENTES , QUE SAIRAM DA EMPRESA, e conseguem nos atender por fora, cobrando mais barato, com mais rapidez e eficiencia...bem como concorrentes menores que já descobriram o caminho das pedras, e tem vendido boas maquinas, com garantia e serviço muito superior de atendimento...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pos vendas horrível, dificultam o atendimento para conserto dos equipamentos. Liguei para tirar uma dúvida, o Senhor Douglas foi extremamente mal educado, rude e sem educação. Pelos comentários anteriores isso não é exceção da equipe técnica.
Dia após dia vem perdendo mercado pra a concorrência!

A empresa onde trabalho sempre faz pedidos de compras com a Selovac, porém sempre está sendo antecipado o pagamento, quando fui fazer o último pedido de compra com um vendedor diferente do que normalmente nos atende, o vendedor me manda uma proposta onde é IMPOSSÍVEL entender o que foi feito e aonde o desconto foi aplicado, depois vem o problema que fomos emitir o pedido de compra que foi negociado em 28 dias de faturamento e agora solicitam pagamento antecipado, subi a solicitação do meu financeiro onde informaram que a empresa consta com um valor ABSURDO em protestos. Tentei contato novamente com o vendedor, que me encaminhou ao financeiro dele (Everton) e o mesmo uma proposta de faturamento totalmente inviável, tendo em vista que a nossa empresa entrou em recesso na sexta-feira passada e o colaborador simplesmente me responde que o financeiro da minha empresa não diz respeito a Selovac. Sinceramente, parece que eles precisam de um treinamento de como tratar seus clientes.

The company where I work always makes purchase orders with Selovac, but the payment is always being anticipated, when I went to make the last purchase order with a different seller than usual, the seller sends me a proposal where it is IMPOSSIBLE to understand the which was made and where the discount was applied, then comes the problem that we were issuing the purchase order that was negotiated in 28 billing days and now request advance payment, I went up the request of my financier where they informed that the company has a value Absurd in protests. I tried to contact the seller again, who referred me to his financial (Everton) and the same a totally unviable billing proposal, given that our company went into recess last Friday and the employee simply replies that the financial of my company is not about Selovac. Honestly, it looks like they need some training on how to treat their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como a 1° impressão é a que fica vamos lá; na entrada logo vc fica um pouco constrangido, pois como não é uma loja física e sim uma fábrica e seu showroom fica em andares superiores, logo o atendimento é meio estranho pois pelo interfone ao lado de fora vc tem que explicar detalhadamente o seu real interesse, no meu caso seria conhecer um equipamento e orçar, como se a atendente se fizesse de desentendida. Até ai tudo bem; da pra relevar.
Mas já o atendimento pela vendedora é excelente, te apresenta o produto com muita atenção, segurança e empatia.
Recomendo, porém não façam como eu, liguem e agende antes para vc ficar mais a vontade e não ficar constrangido; ainda indico a vendedora Emanuelle.
