O pedido veio com o produto errado, com atraso de mais de 30 dias. 60 dias depois outra entrega errada, com produto diferente do que comprei. Prometeram devolver o dinheiro, aguardei até maio de 2016, sem nenhum contato. Enviei os produtos entregues em desacordo, por sedex. Até hoje, ninguém atende minhas ligações nem whatssapp, e não me dizem quando vao devolver o dinheiro, estamos em 21 de junho, quase NOVE MESES depois, numa compra de mais de 200 reais... descaso com o cliente
I made an internet purchase in September 2015. The order came with the wrong product, more than 30 days late. 60 days later another wrong delivery, with different product than I bought. They promised to return the money, I waited until May 2016 without any contact. I sent the products delivered at odds, by sedex. To this day, nobody answers my calls or whatssapp, and do not tell me when they will return the money, we are on June 21, almost NINE MONTHS later, in a purchase of more than 200 reais ... neglect with the customer

comprei um produto desde o dia 14/04 e ainda não recebi.
O que me deixou mais, nervoso é que paguei o valor do sedex.
e eles não atendem celular e nem respondem mais o whatsApp.
Isto é muita falta de profissionalismo e responsabilidade.
Pensem bem antes de comprar neste site...
Por favor Vinicius, isto é um apelo!! me entreguem meu produto que já esta pago, ou devolvam meu dinheiro...
SE DEPENDER DE MIM SERIA ( 0) ESTRELA

I bought a product since 04/14 and still haven't received it.
What made me more nervous was that I paid the value of the sedex.
and they don't answer cell phones or answer whatsApp anymore.
This is a great lack of professionalism and responsibility.
Think before you buy on this site ...
Please Vinicius, this is an appeal !! give me my product that is already paid for, or return my money ...
