★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha MB GLA em novembro de 2021 para pintura de um risco que apareceu em seu pára-choque. Para quem não sabe, a pintura da Sem Risco tem garantia de dois anos. Pois bem, a pintura deu uma bolha certinha, que saiu com a lavagem do carro.
Sobre a bolha que deu na pintura, se a base não for preparada de forma adequada, resíduos higroscópicos que absorvem a humidade, podem permanecer na mesma. Isto provoca concentrações locais de humidade que fazem levantar a película de tinta sob a forma de bolhas.
Pois bem… liguei na Sem risco, expliquei a situação e a atendente me disse que poderia levar o carro lá sem problema, que iriam concertar.
Cheguei pela manhã conforme combinado com o carro, e o filho do dono da loja me atendeu. Com toda grosseria, disse que a pintura dele não dava bolha, que provavelmente eu teria batido o carro novamente no mesmo lugar ou outro carro teria encostado na rua. Meu carro não para na rua, somente em garagem. Ele disse que por mais que a culpa era minha, o serviço dele tinha garantia de 2 anos, e depois falando que iria fazer um “orçamento” ???
Ora, será que fui mal tratada por ser mulher e jovem? Ou será que ele não queria fazer o serviço?
A você quem me atendeu, te digo que entendo muito mais de carro do que você imagina, e que se um produto tem garantia, você não deveria estar fazendo um orçamento!!!
No mais, nao levo NENHUM dos meus carros mais na sem risco, pois sempre levava todos e confiava no serviço.
Espero que você pense muito bem antes de ser arrongante com clientes, que sempre optaram pelo seu serviço.
Sobre o carro, levei na concessionária, onde não me cobraram nada, e fui super bem tratada. Sobre a sem risco, tomaremos medidas cabíveis!
 I took my MB GLA in November 2021 for paint from a scratch that showed up on its bumper. For those who don't know, Sem Risco's painting has a two-year warranty. Well, the paint gave a neat bubble, which came out with the car wash.
On top of the bubble that resulted in the paintwork, if the base is not prepared properly, hygroscopic residues that absorb moisture can remain. This causes local concentrations of moisture that lift the paint film in the form of bubbles.
Well… I called No Risk, explained the situation and the attendant told me that I could take the car there without problem, that they would fix it.
I arrived in the morning as arranged with the car, and the store owner's son attended to me. With all rudeness, I said that his paintwork didn't blister, that I probably would have crashed the car again in the same place or another car would have pulled into the street. My car doesn't stop on the street, only in the garage. He said that as much as it was my fault, his service had a 2-year warranty, and then saying he would make a “budget” ???
Now, was I treated badly for being a woman and young? Or did he not want to do the job?
To you who answered me, I tell you that I understand a lot more about cars than you think, and that if a product has a warranty, you shouldn't be making a budget!!!
In addition, I don't take any of my cars without risk, because I always took them all and trusted the service.
I hope you think carefully before being arrogant with customers, who have always chosen your service.
About the car, I took it to the dealership, where they didn't charge me anything, and I was super well treated. About no risk, we will take appropriate measures!
