★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Nao cumpre com o combinado. Agendei uma entrega de concreto com uma semana de antecedencia com a colaboradora ADRIANA para as 8 horas da manha. Porem o caminhão chegou na obras as 14 horas e nao daria tempo de encher a laje.
A pessoa em questao sr Adriana Nao tem capacidade e muito menos educacao para com o cliente. É muito complicado fazer negocio com voces com pessoas despreparada para tal funcao de atendimento ao cliente.
Inadimissivel o que escutei desta pessoa hoje. Primeiro deveria entender o conceito fornecedor / cliente. Mas a falta de educacao seria o cartao de apresentacao desta empresa. Desta pessoa, talvez a empresa nao tenha culpa.
Terrible. It does not comply with the agreement. I scheduled a concrete delivery one week in advance with the collaborator ADRIANA for 8 am. However, the truck arrived at the construction site at 2 pm and there would be no time to fill the slab.
The person in question, Mr. Adriana Nao, has less capacity and less education towards the client. It is very complicated to do business with you with people unprepared for such a customer service function.
Inadmissible what I heard from this person today. You should first understand the supplier / customer concept. But the lack of education would be the presentation card of this company. This company may not be to blame for this person.
