★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência nada proveitosa. Estou a 10 meses aguardando um alvará de funcionamento para uma consultório, sendo que o tempo de espera era de 60 dias. Equipe com quase nenhuma integração entre si, muita dificuldade para tramitar de uma seção para outra e dar despachos. É comum se ouvir "estamos sem internet" ou "o sistema caiu" atrasando ainda mais o trâmite do processo. Enfim, serviço público no Brasil, criam dificuldades para vender facilidades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os processos demoram muito para tramitar, nenhuma boa vontade de atender ao telefone, o que facilitaria muito, evitando que o contribuinte se desloque até a SEMAM para pedir que o processo seja analisado, o que era pra ser feito por ordem de envio, já que é tudo eletrônico. MUITO descaso com o contribuinte!
