Foi a minha primeira consulta com dr. Romulo, pessoa agradável, tirou minhas dúvidas com clareza. Estou fazendo uso dos medicamentos que ele solicitou e aguardando o retorno, após 40 dias.
 Stopping by to leave my record. I am delighted with SEMEP, the treatment of professionals from the reception to Dr. Romulo Antonio Pires Leite (Psychiatrist). It was my first appointment with dr. Romulo, a nice person, answered my doubts clearly. I am using the medications he requested and waiting for his return after 40 days.

Consegui a marcação pelo whatsapp (demorou um pouco o contato, mas deu tudo certo), cheguei um pouco antes do horário marcado e logo fui atendido na recepção (bem atendido) e o médico (Dr. Rômulo) me atendeu antes mesmo do horário marcado (alguns minutos antes), o médico muito atencioso, sem pressa para acabar a consulta e didático nas explicações.
Sempre que procuro algum médico para ser consultado pesquiso as avaliações do público e costumo ver muitas avaliações negativas de várias clínicas aqui de João Pessoa, desde a marcação até a consulta médica, mas no caso da SEMEP, para uma primeira consulta, valeu a experiência.
I went to my first appointment at the clinic and found everything very good.
I got an appointment through whatsapp (it took a while to get in touch, but everything worked out), I arrived a little before the scheduled time and was soon seen at the reception (well attended) and the doctor (Dr. Rômulo) attended me even before the scheduled time (a few minutes before), the doctor was very attentive, in no hurry to finish the consultation and was didactic in explaining.
Whenever I look for a doctor to be consulted, I research the evaluations of the public and I usually see many negative evaluations of various clinics here in João Pessoa, from the appointment to the medical appointment, but in the case of SEMEP, for a first appointment, the experience was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei mais de uma hora esperando o atendimento com o Dr Romulo. Numa sala que tocava samba. Profissional deixa a impressão de ser ríspido, quando falou com as atendentes já parecia grosseiro. No atendimento deixa pouco espaço para vc falar, me senti julgado em alguns momentos por minhas tatuagens. Gosta de chamar atenção com relógios grandes, muito ouro e camisa cavada. Com todo respeito, mas parece uma pessoa pouco cautelosa e com algumas sugestões controversas. Procurei outro profissional em outro clinica.
I was waiting for more than an hour for the service with Dr Romulo. In a room that played samba. Professional leaves the impression of being harsh, when he spoke to the attendants he already seemed rude. The service leaves little space for you to talk, I felt judged at times for my tattoos. He likes to draw attention with big watches, lots of gold and a hollow shirt. With all due respect, but he seems like a non-cautious person with some controversial suggestions. I looked for another professional in another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda coloquei uma estrela pq não tinha como colocar ZERO na avaliação. Tive uma experiência TERRÍVEL com essa clínica, vinha fazendo terapia há alguns meses com uma determinada psicóloga de lá, não obtive melhora e ainda passei por um constrangimento que JAMAIS vou esquecer, a mesma foi extremamente arrogante e ignorante comigo, que já vinha fazendo terapia com ela, só porque me confundi no meu horário, ela veio me "dar lição de moral", dizendo que tinha q me ensinar, reconheci q errei o horário, e pedi desculpas mas ela achou q eu estava sendo impaciente, e q eu não era perfeita, me falou várias coisas de forma grosseira e desrespeitosa, quando falei que não tava gostando da forma arrogante que ela vinha proferindo as palavras, a mesma me indicou com as mãos a porta de saída e acabei fazendo isso. NUNCA ME SENTI TAO CONSTRANGIDA E MAL TRATADA num consultório médico e principalmente vindo de uma psicóloga que " deveria ajudar" as pessoas e não tratar as pessoas/clientes de forma tão arrogante e grosseira ... Impossível continuar um tratamento com uma pessoa tão anti profissional, então que fique a dica para quem procurar um serviço lá ... Isso ocorreu segunda, dia 22/11/21 e ainda não me recuperei de como ela me fez sentir .

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this clinic, I had been undergoing therapy for a few months with a certain psychologist there, I did not get any improvement and I still went through an embarrassment that I will NEVER forget, she was extremely arrogant and ignorant with me, who had already been doing therapy with she, just because I got confused in my schedule, she came to "give me a lesson", saying she had to teach me, I recognized that I made a mistake on the schedule, and apologized but she thought I was being impatient, and that I wasn't perfect , told me several things in a rude and disrespectful way, when I said I didn't like the arrogant way she was uttering the words, she showed me the exit door with her hands and I ended up doing that. I NEVER FELT SO STRESSED AND WORSELY TREATED in a doctor's office and especially coming from a psychologist who "should help" people and not treat people/clients in such an arrogant and rude way... Impossible to continue a treatment with such an unprofessional person So here's a tip for those looking for a service there... This was on Monday, 11/22/21 and I still haven't recovered from how she made me feel.
