O local é extremamente cheio e eles querem atender mais pessoas do que suportam dentro de um limite aceitável.
Os atendentes solicitam que cheguemos o mais cedo possível, onde alguns chegam às 03:00... hoje cheguei às 05:15, fui o 13 da fila e na hora do atendimento informam que um dos exames só começa às 10:30 da manhã.
Os clientes chegam a ficar mais de 5h aguardando alguns exames pela falta de respeito, planejamento e programação da clínica.

The place is extremely crowded and they want to serve more people than they can handle within an acceptable limit.
The attendants ask that we arrive as soon as possible, where some arrive at 03:00... today I arrived at 05:15, I was 13 in line and at the time of the service they inform that one of the exams only starts at 10:30 in the morning .
Clients spend more than 5 hours waiting for some exams due to lack of respect, planning and scheduling at the clinic.

Não sei qual o problema, mas já tenho 3 horas esperando para uma consulta.
Detalhe a consulta foi agendada um mês antes.
Espero que resolvam esse problema. Pois a estrutura da clínica é excelente, mas tem esse problema no atendimento ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que vim e Já se atrapalharam três vezes, 1° fizeram exame demissional ao em vez de periódico(do parceiro que foi comigo)falta de conferência de exames, 2° a senha só serve para recepção e o controle visual não funciona, é no grito mesmo, depois é uma desorganização só, não segue sequência de exame, o resultado foi no meu exame audiometria que acabei não fazendo, vim para casa de folga de campo sem fazer, atrasando a mobilização em 2 semanas, e só perceberam o erro 3 dias depois(sábado)
