Lembro que quando começamos eu tinha crises de ansiedades terriveis, além de tomar antidepressivo.
E recomendo: quem precisar de antidepressivo e ansiolítico, que façam uso, mas que façam terapia em conjunto com a meta de um dia não precisarem do remédio.
E foi assim comigo: com poucos meses de terapia consegui largar a medicação, pois junto com a Márcia consegui chegar no que causava a ansiedade e verificar os comportamentos que me levavam à este estado ansioso e reativo.
A vida não é só flores, mas ela pode ser muito melhor se procurarmos as pessoas certas para nos ajudarmos.
E a Márcia foi esta pessoa certa pra mim e creio que ela seja para você, caso precise.

My name is João Paulo and I had therapy sessions with Marcia between 2017 and 2018.
I remember when we started I had bouts of terrible anxieties, in addition to taking antidepressant.
And I recommend it: Those who need antidepressants and anxiolytics, who use them but do therapy in conjunction with the goal of one day do not need the medicine.
And that was how it was with me: with a few months of therapy I was able to drop the medication, because along with Marcia I was able to reach what caused the anxiety and check the behaviors that led me to this anxious and reactive state.
