★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sendo enganado todos os dias ....comprei um veiculo a mais de 10 dias atr agora nao me.entregaram , e nao respeitam nem um pouco o direito do consumidor ,todos os dias uma mentira diferente ,e quem tem que ficar correndo para buscar informaçoes sou eu ,pois ha uma falta de respeito gigante com seus clientes ,ate eu fechar o negocio fui muito bem atendido ,agora que preciso do carro que ja estava na loja quando negociamos ,me tratam com descaso .

I bought a vehicle more than 10 days ago now they did not deliver me, and they do not respect the consumer’s rights at all, every day a different lie, and who has to keep running for looking for information is me, because there is a huge lack of respect with your customers, until I close the deal I was very well attended, now that I need the car that was already in the store when we negotiated, they treat me with disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a movida seminovos foi péssima, comprei um carro como eles dizem REVISADO, mentira a única coisa que veio o carro foi limpo, nem o óleo foi trocado, a vareta estava marcando só a ponta, se a gente não vê ia estragar o motor, depois é capaz de alegarem mal uso, a embreagem veio ruim tive que abrir um chamado na gestauto, carro Renault tudo eles falam que é na Gestauto qualquer manutenção tem que abrir o chamado, com isso ficamos sem o carro sendo que o carro com 4 dias de uso já apresentou problemas, também veio faltando a tampa do ar condicionado, a chave veio a chave simples aquela que não tem como fechar o carro no controle, toda vez que tenho que trancar o carro tenho que ficar igual no tempo antigo baixando os pinos, comprei um carro novo 2020. Comprar ou Indicar essa loja para alguém jamais.

Buy or recommend this store to anyone.
