★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com ótimo ambiente porém no horário que eu fui tinha apenas 1 vendedor e o gerente. O vendedor estava ocupado e fiquei esperando o gerente em nenhum momento levantou para vir falar comigo. Pelo menos dar bom dia e saber se podia ajudar. Logo depois chegou um outro cliente e o gerente simplesmente levantou e foi atender, depois chegou outro e o gerente foi pra ele tbm. E eu fiquei esperando sem entender a preferência por outros clientes e não por mim. Não sei se existe agendamento de hora mas achei um desrespeito por parte do gerente. O mínimo que ele podia fazer é era dar bom dia e oferecer ajuda. Só fui atendido quando o vendedor ficou livre e ressalto que ele sim me atendeu muito bem.
Store with great atmosphere but at the time I went there was only 1 salesman and the manager. The salesman was busy and I was waiting for the manager in no time to come up to talk to me. At least say good morning and know if you could help. Soon after another client arrived and the manager simply got up and went to answer, then another one arrived and the manager went to him too. And I was waiting without understanding the preference for other customers and not for me. I don't know if there is an appointment, but I found the manager disrespectful. The least he could do is say good morning and offer help. I was only served when the seller was free and I emphasize that he did attend me very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tô decepcionado comprei um carro na movida a 2 messes e tô 1 parado resolvendo problemas no carro fui enganado. Me falaram que o carro era todo revisado eles não trocam nem 9 óleo do motor e filtro. E dor de cabeça o carro e 2020.
I'm disappointed I bought a car at Moda 2 months ago and I'm 1 stopped solving problems in the car I was deceived. They told me that the car was all overhauled they don't even change the engine oil and filter. And headache the car is 2020.
