Me trataram mal, e disseram que eu que não ouvi direito! Péssimos profissionais (fui no shopping santa cruz)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desisti de fechar negócio em um veículo que disseram estar em perfeitas condições, onde vc antes de entrar já vê vários defeitos, de o volante desfazendo como as borrachas da porta colando e desfazendo na mão. Só não avalio pior pq o vendedor fez o que estava no alcance dele, já não digo o mesmo do gerente que perdeu a venda de 2 veículos e não apenas um, sou grato por ter me livrado de 2 possíveis bombas.
I gave up closing the deal on a vehicle who said they were in perfect condition, where u before entering already see various defects in the steering wheel as undoing the door rubbers pasting and undoing at hand. Just do not evaluate worse coz the vendor did what was in his range, no longer say the same manager who lost the sale of two vehicles and not just one, am grateful to have gotten rid of two possible bombs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um funcionário não lembro o nome dele, só sei as características era um vendedor alto e de cor branco, foi me informar sobre os preços do carro, e ele me atendeu muito mal educado, falei que o valor do carro não tinha muito diferença pro carro zero, então ele me falou que eu fosse comprar o carro zero lá na outra loja, quase perdi a cabeça com ele, pq achei isso uma falta de respeito com o cliente, falei pra ele eu compro onde eu quiser não precisa vc me ensinar,não sei como a loja deixa esse tipo de pessoa trabalhar no atendimento ao público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro la, com licenciamento e IPVA pagos, péssimo atendimento e promessas do vendedor Marcos e toda a equipe, na hora de vender, tudo é lindo e perfeito, revisão entregue 100%, te levam para dar uma volta e tudo.
Após inicio de financiamento em menos de 1 semana o carro para com problema grave de módulo e volta para revisão com quase 1 mês de demora à devolvê-lo... O licenciamento e IPVA não foram programados e agendados, tal qual documentos necessários para transferência de veiculo... A equipe de péssima qualidade não da assessoria e não resolve o problema que causaram, o financiamento continua rolando, vendedor Marcos não atende mais telefone.
Em resumo, vendem uma MENTIRA, com atendimento e produto de péssima qualidade e muito mal qualificados
Não façam negócio com essa empresa!!! Se não solucionado, tentaremos resolver com o jurídico
