You will hardly find anyone working there, let alone solve what is needed. They do not answer calls, do not answer emails and are almost never present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Avenida Robero Freire necessita de repintura das faixas demarcatória para veículos. Sugiro criar mais uma faixa dando prosseguimento à que existe no viaduto de Ponta Negra, e as avenidas Salgado e Hermes.
The Robero Freire Avenue needs refinement of the demarcation bands for vehicles. I suggest to create another track continuing the one that exists in the viaduct of Ponta Negra, and the Salgados and Hermes avenues.

Há um problema constante de alagamento em minha rua, que depende do simples fato de uma bomba ser ligada para fazer a água pluvial ser encaminhada a uma lagoa de captação. Eu e demais moradores temos prejuízos irreparáveis e ficamos ilhados sempre que há uma chuva em um turno, MESMO EXISTINDO EM FRENTE ÀS NOSSAS RESIDÊNCIAS uma galeria de profundidade considerável.

There is a constant problem of flooding in my street, which depends on the simple fact that a pump is connected to make the rainwater to be directed to a catchment pond. I and other residents have irreparable damage and we are stuck whenever there is a rain in a shift, EVEN EXISTING IN FRONT OF OUR RESIDENCES a gallery of considerable depth.
