★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMPREI UMA TV TCL DE 43 POLEGADAS S6500 E 1 MÊS E 6 DIAS JA COMEÇOU A DAR PROBLEMAS PRIMEIRO A TV SE DESLIGAVA SOZINHA DEPOIS EU TENTAVA MUDAR DE CANAL E O CONTROLE NÃO RESPONDIA CERTO E REDEFINI DE FABRICA DUAS VEZES E AGORA O CONTROLE REMOTO NÃO FUNCIONA MAIS E AINDA VOU PAGAR A SEGUNDA PARCELA DESSA TV MEU DEUS E NA OPÇÃO DE BLUETOOTH DA TV NEM APARECE MAIS O CONTROLE REMOTO NA ATE TENTEI PAREAR MUITAS VEZES E NADA JA TROQUEI A PILHA POR PILHAS DAS MELHORES E NADA ME AJUDA TCL A GENTE TENTA ENTRAR NO SITE E O SITE APARECE QUE O SITE É DE RISCO?
I PURCHASED A 43 INCH S6500 TCL TV AND 1 MONTH AND 6 DAYS IT STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS FIRST THE TV TURNED OUT ALONE AFTER I TRIED TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL AND THE CONTROL WASN'T RESPONDING RIGHT AND REDEFINED TO MANUFACTURE TWO TIMES AND NOW I DO NOT CONTROL IT. MORE AND YET I WILL PAY THE SECOND PORTION OF THIS TV MY GOD AND THE BLUETOOTH OPTION OF THE TV DOESN'T EVEN APPEAR MORE REMOTE CONTROL UNTIL I ATTEMPTED TO PAIR MANY TIMES AND NOTHING I HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERY FOR THE BEST STACKS AND NOTHING TO TELL ME ON THE SITE AND THE SITE APPEARS THAT THE SITE IS RISK?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem o mínimo de respeito ao consumidor. Compramos uma Air Fryer em julho/2020, mas em Setembro/2020 equipamento estragou, queimou inclusive a tomada. Bom, procuramos uma assitência técnica mas na nossa região não existe, dai entramos em contato com a fábrica, após 03 tentativas e uma longa espera(mais de 30 minutos) em cada ligação, fomos atendidos, então fomls informados que não havia como arrumar e que o equipamento seria trocado por um novo. Pediram para aguardarmos uma ligação da central para então combinarmos a troca, porém, numca aconteceu.

Well, we looked for a technical assistance but in our region it doesn't exist, so we got in touch with the factory, after 03 attempts and a long wait (more than 30 minutes) in each call, we were answered, then informed that there was no way to fix it and that the equipment would be exchanged for a new one. They asked us to wait for a call from the exchange so we could arrange the exchange, however, it never happened.

Só que depois de um tempo deu problemas na parte do Android ele ficava reiniciando , desligava sozinha , o volume aumenta sozinho e a imagem também mostrava problemas .Apaguei tudo e deixei do modo de fábrica mas mesmo assim não adiantou. Comecei a achar que era a marca da TV mas acabei decidindo trocar a antena que estava baixa , comprei outra antena e problema resolvido ? Então se acontecer algo parecido tenta trocar a antena galera kkkkk Recomendo a Tv Semp TCL ✔️??Se voltar a dar problemas venho aqui compartilhar com vocês ... No momento estou bastante satisfeita?
I bought a TV from this brand because it was a little cheaper compared to other brands. But after a while there were problems on the Android part, it kept restarting, it turned off by itself, the volume increases by itself and the image also showed problems. I deleted everything and left it in factory mode but it still didn't help. I started to think it was the TV brand but I ended up deciding to change the antenna that was low, I bought another antenna and problem solved ? So if something similar happens try to change the antenna guys lol I recommend Tv Semp TCL ✔️?? If you have problems again I'm here to share it with you... At the moment I'm quite satisfied ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível menos de 1 ano de uso a tela apaga....estou a 4 meses esperando a troca da tv semp TCL....péssimo atendimento,,muita enrolação,,,,um chá de canceira....me arrependi ....não compre essas Tvs ...ou qualquer produto Dessa Marca.....pq não tem SUPORTE !!!!!
Horrible less than 1 year of use the screen goes off....I've been waiting for 4 months to change the tv always TCL....poor service,, a lot of fuss,,,, a tea of canceira.... I regretted it. ...don't buy these TVs ...or any product from this brand.....because it has no SUPPORT !!!!!
