Os atendentes são esforçados, o problema são os clientes q são extremamente mau educados.
Entram sem paciência e querem ter atendente exclusivo, não sou doceira nem algo do tipo, mas nas duas vezes que fui ate até o estabelecimento me deparei com a mesma situação vindo de pessoas diferentes.
Sei que Itatiba tem reais problemas com atendimento, mas definitivamente neste comercio, não são os funcionários e sim os clientes mesmo.
Good variety and reasonable prices.
The attendants are hardworking, the problem is the customers who are extremely rude.
They come in without patience and want to have an exclusive attendant, I'm not a baker or anything like that, but the two times I went to the establishment I came across the same situation coming from different people.
I know that Itatiba has real problems with service, but definitely in this business, it's not the employees, but the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente há funcionários, que NÃO têm EDUCAÇÃO ALGUMA, você cliente precisa ter muita paciência, e a parte do atendimento PRIORITÁRIO ⇒ Lei 10.048 ⇒ não é RESPEITADA aqui.
E consta vaga para PCD e IDOSO, também não há respeito, e segundo a Lei de Trânsito, desde Dezembro de 2.016, o estabelecimento comercial é responsável, por chamar os agentes de trânsito e assim o veículo, que está infringindo a Lei, será multado e guinchado, mas NÃO é feito NADA!
É possível você entrar FELIZ, para realizar uma compra, e no final sair NERVOSO do local, graças a algumas funcionárias sem EDUCAÇÃO!
