I have already called SENSUR in Parnamirim four times to change a burnt-out lamp on Rua São Sebastião, in Pirangi Praia. The post is P24 997, close to Escola Estadual Apolinário Barbosa. Until now, nothing! Meanwhile, we continue to pay for public lighting on the electricity bill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São uns criminosos! Época do caju e eles simplesmente PELARAM as árvores da rua e destruíram toda sombra. Nesse sol, nesse verão, fazem uma coisa dessas. Horrível o que vocês estão fazendo com Pium, mais horrível ainda é o que estão fazendo com as árvores. Falta do que fazer não é: os terrenos ao lado estão CHEIOS de lixo de todo tipo e vocês nunca fazem nada quanto a isso! Desserviço!!!
They are criminals! Cashew season and they simply HARVED the trees from the street and destroyed every shadow. In this sun, this summer, they do such a thing. Horrible what you are doing with Pium, even more horrible what you are doing with the trees. Lack of what to do is not: the land next door is full of garbage of all kinds and you never do anything about it! Disservice!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como tudo que é público no Brasil, péssimo, não funciona. O telefone do Call Center de iluminação pública da mensagem de serviço não disponível. Uma vergonha e um desrespeito com o cidadão dessa pocilga, pagamos um absurdo de impostos, IPTU, ainda pagamos novamente pela iluminação que já pagamos no IPTU e ainda assim a iluminação é péssima com lâmpadas amarelas que gastam horrores de energia e não iluminam nada.
Like everything that is public in Brazil, lousy, it does not work. The Call Center's public telephone number of the service message is not available. A shame and disrespect with the citizen of this pigsty, we pay a tax absurd, IPTU, we still pay again for the lighting that we already paid in the IPTU and yet the illumination is terrible with yellow lamps that waste horrors of energy and do not illuminate anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, o horário de atendimento fala que é até as 13:30 mas se você chegar lá as 13:20 já não tem mais ninguém para atender. Pelo que eu entendo o horário para atendimento é até 13:30, já que não cumpre horário melhor colocar que so atende quem chegar no local até as 13:00.
The service hours say it is until 1:30 pm but if you get there at 1:20 pm, there is no one else to attend. As far as I understand the time for service is until 13:30, since there is no better time to put it that only meets those who arrive at the place until 13:00.
