Estou fazendo curso de segurança do trabalho EAD e tem sido um tormento, ninguém esclarece dúvidas e também não conseguimos cancelar pois eles não respondem emails, mensagens e ligações são a mesma coisa que nada.
If you think about taking courses at Senai because they are a company known for quality, think very carefully beforehand.
I am taking a course on EAD work safety and it has been a pain, no one clarifies doubts and we are also unable to cancel because they do not answer emails, messages and calls are the same thing as nothing.

I took a technical course on occupational safety. The structure is suitable, it is available all the equipment needed for practical classes, and there are several practices that simulate real situations in order to prepare for the job market. Senai also encourages us to come up with innovative ideas and work on them. The instructors are highly prepared and use the inverted classroom method a lot. Loved each day in this place! I had a lot of learning, not only academics, but also how to be a good professional, how to be a better person. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ótima instituição de ensino, ótimo professor o ensino lá é bem explicado bem organizado . pra mim que sou fumante infelizmente faltou uma área de fumantes. mas entendo porque tem muitas crianças e adolescentes que estudam lá. sou pai e tenho que entender e seguir as normas dá instituição. parabéns a eles . se tivesse condições financeiras colocaria minha filha para estudar lá.
great educational institution, great teacher teaching there is well explained well organized. for me who am a smoker unfortunately there was no smoking area. but I understand why there are many children and teenagers who study there. I am a father and I have to understand and follow the rules of the institution. congratulations to them. if I had financial conditions, I would send my daughter to study there.
