Disrespectful wait time ... 3 attendants stare at computer screen while only one really makes walking slow at customer service. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é limpo, os funcionários são atenciosos, educados e prestam os esclarecimentos necessários, o que ainda não está favorável é o preço de um curso e principalmente por situar em um bairro carente do qual a população precisa de qualificação para mudar sua situação vulnerável.
The environment is clean, the staff are attentive, polite and provide the necessary clarifications, what is not yet favorable is the price of a course and mainly because it is located in a poor neighborhood where the population needs qualification to change their vulnerable situation.

Uma vez fui com minha prima, enquanto aguardava... ela dirigiu-se a recepção pra pedir informações de cursos, sentou-se a frente da mesa e esperou ser atendida... A recepcionista junto com outra funcionária viram-na sentar e ainda continuaram conversando... quando o 'papo' acabou , simplesmente ela respondeu "essa informação é ao lado"... >:(
Ao lado quem atendia era um rapaz, super educado, prestou as informações de forma clara e precisa nota 10! Já elas prefiro nem dar nota.
Very poorly prepared employees!
One time I went with my cousin while waiting ... she went to the front desk to ask for course information, sat down in front of the table and waited to be answered ... The receptionist along with another employee saw her sit down and still They continued talking ... when the 'chat' over, she simply replied "this information is at hand" ...> :(
Beside those attending was a boy, super polite, provided the information clearly and accurately score of 10! Already they prefer not even give grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei o teatro da unidade Sesi/Senai, achei a localização um pouco esquisita, no entanto o teatro tem estacionamento e acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiências. Achei seguro e aconchegante.
I visited the theater of the Sesi/Senai unit, I found the location a little weird, however the theater has parking and accessibility for people with disabilities. I found it safe and cozy.
