Acompanho, faz alguns anos, o trabalho a frente de seu dojo, a frente da ISKF Espírito Santo e em prol do crescimento de sua instituição em nível nacional. Ao lado de seu mestre Hélio Arakaki sensei mantém um grande projeto de circula o Brasil levando a essência do karate e o legado de Juichi Sagara sensei para todos. Pessoa agregadora e de ótimo relacionamento com as demais instituições de karate presentes no país.

 Andrey Xavier sensei is a reference in Brazilian Traditional Karate. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei karatê em outros lugares, primeiramente para meu filho, mas em Vila Velha onde morava, encontrei somente uma academia mais próxima da minha residência, com horário que não conseguiria levá-lo. Vim morar em Vitória e por acaso encontrei esse dojo. Admiro o lugar porque busca manter a tradição do karatê, retrata um pouco da história de um povo, sua disciplina, suas lutas e sua arte marcial. Ao mesmo tempo nos dá perseverança e tranquilidade. Só tenho muito a agradecer. Ainda não consegui trazer meu filho, mas eu fiquei. Rsrsrssr! Tudo tem seu tempo! Ossssss!
I looked for karate in other places, primarily for my son, but in Vila Velha where I lived, I found only a gym closer to my residence, with a time that I wouldn't be able to take him. I came to live in Vitória and I happened to find this dojo. I admire the place because it seeks to maintain the tradition of karate, portrays a little of the history of a people, their discipline, their struggles and their martial art. At the same time it gives us perseverance and tranquility. I just have a lot to be thankful for. I still haven't managed to bring my son, but I stayed. Rsrsrssr! Everything has its time! Ossssss!

After 7 years away from martial arts, I decided to start training again.
What I wanted was to get away from those training sessions focused on the outside, in pure physical strength and aggressive instinct.

The practice of Karate-Do has been improving my physical and mental health in an extraordinary way.
Every day we learn more than combat techniques, the philosophical and humanitarian teachings of Karate-Do, passed by Sensei Andrey Xavier, are focused on improving the human being, as a husband, as a father, as a son, as a brother, as a citizen.
