Entregas de produtos trocados, demora no atendimento, aplicativo não funciona(mesmo com orientações da loja para utilizá-lo), falta de um bom atendimento na política de erros dos pedidos feitos. Enfim, por conta do serviço perdeu um cliente até então fiel, no produto pastel, e que falava bem do produto.

Deixam você mais de meia hora sem resposta, você fica esperando... esperando.... e depois de mais de meia hora mandam um link que não tem todos os produtos.
Fazem um excelente pastel, mas o serviço é bem ruim. Melhorem o serviço ou vão começar as perder clientes.
Infelizmente, fiz um novo pedido, MENOS DE DUAS SEMANAS DEPOIS, e dessa vez para completar, os pastéis ainda vieram errados. Realmente perderam o cliente dessa vez. Não só pele serviço ruim, mas agora pelo erro e pela falta de cordialidade da atendente.
O crédito que tinha dado a pastelaria pelo nome produto, perdeu o cliente pelo péssimo serviço e atendimento.
