★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra de dois pneus remolds. No ato da compra foram super atenciosos e eficientes. O pós venda, quando precisei da garantia, fingiram que não me viam na loja. Apenas um carro na loja, e ngm me dava atenção, por diversas vezes tive que questionar pra ser atendido. Um dos pneus apresentou rachaduras e nasceu uma bolha. Os mesmos nao me deram garantia. Precisei da garantia novamente por conta de um vazamento do mesmo pneu entre a moldagem e a carcaça e se negaram de novo a efetuar a troca. Nunca mais volto nesse lugar nem indico pra ninguém.
Obs: Não consigo responder, então vou acrescentar neste comentário sobre a resposta da loja. A loja está dizendo que tentei garantia de dois pneus, sendo que as duas vezes que fui na garantia, foi a respeito do mesmo pneu. Os mesmos alegam que passei em buracos para aparecer bolhas nós pneu, sendo que o próprio funcionário identificou o defeito e eu só não fiquei aguardando o dono chegar, pois já estava a duas horas na loja sem ngm fazer ou falar nada. As rachaduras da carcaça que me venderam, deve ter sido culpa minha tbm ? eu só não quis dor de cabeça por conta de 300 reais, comprei em outra loja a 10 minutos daí, e o de vocês no lixo ficou, onde é o lugar de uma carcaça daquelas. Podem ter 10000 mil avaliações boas, porém cmg, foi ao contrário. As vezes que fui aí sempre fui acompanhando e tenho provas do acontecido

I needed the warranty again because of a leak from the same tire between the molding and the carcass and they refused to change it again. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.
Note: I can't answer, so I'll add to this comment about the store's response. The store is saying that I tried warranty on two tires, and both times I went for warranty, it was about the same tire. They claim that I went through holes to appear bubbles in the tire, and the employee himself identified the defect and I just didn't wait for the owner to arrive, because I was already at the store for two hours without anyone doing or saying anything. The cracks in the carcass that they sold me, it must have been my fault too ? I just didn't want a headache because of 300 reais, I bought it at another store 10 minutes away, and yours was left in the trash, where is the place of such a carcass. They may have 10,000 good reviews, but cmg, it was the other way around. The times I went there I was always following up and I have evidence of what happened.
