★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super satisfeito, recentemente tive uma péssima experiência com o meu seguro anterior no qual era cliente por 5 anos, nunca precisei utilizar, mas quando precisei fiquei na mão, por isso procurei um novo seguro para os meus veículos e encontrei a seni, após 1 semana sendo cliente eu precisei acionar o reboque pois o motor do meu veículo fundiu, mesmo eu tendo somente 1 semana de seguro, no mesmo momento me atenderam e mostraram o máximo em rapidez para localizar o reboque mais próximo, mesmo eu estando em uma cidade distante e fora de um dia util, o tempo todo o funcionário que me atendeu mostrou preocupação pelo ocorrido e ficou o tempo todo buscando me informar sobre a chegada do reboque, até mesmo após nossa chegada, eles nos ligaram para saber se tudo tinha corrido bem, agradeço demais pelo atendimento, pois faz total diferença nesses momentos. Obrigado!!!
Super satisfied, I recently had a bad experience with my previous insurance in which I was a customer for 5 years, I never needed to use it, but when I needed it I stayed on hand, so I looked for a new insurance for my vehicles and found seni, after 1 week being a customer I had to start the trailer because the engine of my vehicle blew up, even though I only had 1 week of insurance, at the same time they attended to me and showed the maximum speed to locate the nearest trailer, even though I was in a distant city and outside a working day, the employee who attended me all the time showed concern about what had happened and was all the time trying to inform me about the arrival of the trailer, even after our arrival, they called us to know if everything had gone well, thank you too much for the service, because it makes a total difference in those moments. Thanks!!!
