Ontem fomos contatadas pra mudar o horário; hoje fui contatada pela Sra Ariane, que disse que não poderá nos atender porque a profissional ficou doente, simples assim. Quando questionei, informou ainda que "não tem como se responsabilizar se a profissional ficou doente". Poderiam se responsabilizar com o compromisso pela qualidade do serviço que dizem prestar, é o que esperamos... Lamentável. Vou tentar cancelar o cupom.
