Porém hoje, não me senti satisfeita, a moça que trabalha lá estava no celular aparentemente falando de assuntos pessoais e superfulos, e parece que não gostou muito de nos atender e interromper o "assunto". Achei muita falta de profissionalismo e de educação. Perguntei se tinha uma capinha para meu celular, ela só olhou para minha cara e falou, só tem para Iphone, e voltou a falar no celular. Não precisa me carregar no colo e fazer uma festa, mas seja profissional e educada, pois quem garante o salário dos funcionários são os clientes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as meninas do balcão são SUPER ignorantes e mal educadas. Nota 0, não volto nunca mais. Muita incompetência para passar informações de maneira humanizada e educada.
Atualização: carreguei o bilhete estudantil em outro local e não tive nenhum problema. E as meninas do balcão estavam de fofoca com uma cliente falando que mulher só engravida para ganhar pensão e nem deram atenção pra mim, no momento em que fui pegar o cartão pra pagar ela foi super desagradável falando que só aceitava dinheiro e nem informando a opção do pix, eu que perguntei a possibilidade de pagamento pelo app. E meu cartão estudantil está habilitado há dias. Eu não estava estressada nem tive um dia ruim. Apenas fui MAL ATENDIDA. volto a ressaltar que não retorno mais na unidade. E desejo muito profissionalismo e boa sorte.

And the girls at the counter were gossiping with a client saying that women only get pregnant to earn alimony and they didn't even pay attention to me, when I went to get the card to pay she was super unpleasant saying that she only accepted cash and not even informing the option from pix, I asked the possibility of payment through the app. And my student card has been enabled for days. I wasn't stressed or had a bad day. I was just MISSED. I emphasize again that I no longer return to the unit. And I wish you a lot of professionalism and good luck.
