★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência com transportadora possível!!! Telefones não atendem, e-mail não respondem, respeito zero, empresa mentirosa, diz não ter entregado a encomenda por ausência do morador mas ficamos em casa esperando o dia todo e ninguém sequer bater em nossa porta. Não orientam, não se comunicam, não tem interesse de fazer a entrega . Não compro mais em sites que tem essa empresa prestando serviços.
 Worst carrier experience possible!!! Phones don't answer, emails don't answer, zero respect, lying company, says they didn't deliver the order due to the resident's absence but we stayed at home waiting all day and nobody even knocked on our door. They don't guide, they don't communicate, they have no interest in making the delivery. I no longer buy from sites that have this company providing services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu pedido pela shopee e constou como prazo de entrega dia 16/03 porém desde o início quando rastreava percebi o movimento duvidoso o produto saia e chegava no centro logística várias vezes, e quando foi hoje, o dia da entrega deram como recebido a mercadoria, sendo que jamais recebi, já pedi meu reembolso na shopee, e desde já colocou a péssima qualidade de serviço dessa empresa, infelizmente não pesquisei sobre essa transportadora antes da compra e agora vi os inúmeros relatos parecidos ao meu. Péssima empresa!
I placed my order through shopee and the delivery date was 03/16, but since the beginning when I was tracking I noticed the dubious movement the product left and arrived at the logistics center several times, and when it was today, the day of delivery they said the goods were received , since I never received it, I already asked for my refund on the shopee, and since now it has put the poor quality of service of this company, unfortunately I did not research about this carrier before the purchase and now I have seen the numerous reports similar to mine. Bad company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE JÁ TIVO COM ESSA TRANSPORTADORA!! Pelo que eu li, são sempre os restos relatos, a transportadora diz que o endereço é insuficiente e põem a entrega como recebida, sendo que não foi recebida e a entrega passou do prazo. Não tem um suporte para cliente que preste, não tem um telefone, nada. Não peçam nada que essa transportadora esteja prestando serviço, pedi pela Shopee, a loja nem tem culpa. Culpa da transportadora!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH THIS CARRIER!! From what I've read, it's always the leftovers, the carrier says the address is insufficient and they put the delivery as received, and it wasn't received and the delivery passed the deadline. They don't have a customer support service, they don't have a phone, nothing. Do not ask for anything that this carrier is providing service, I asked for Shopee, the store is not even to blame. Carrier's fault!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço é péssimo! Fiz um pedido na Shoppe no dia 17 de março. Sempre recebi minhas encomendas de lá em duas semanas. Desde o dia 30 que a Sequoia não faz uma atualização. Entrei em contato com o suporte da Shoppe e relataram que o produto chegou em Belém no dia 4 de abril. Até o momento, dia 11, ainda não entregaram. Não se pronunciam, site não nos informa o paradeiro do pedido. Sempre que for comprar agora, tomarei cuidado com a transportadora. Se for Sequoia, cancelo na hora!
Service sucks! I placed an order at the Shoppe on March 17th. I always get my orders from there in two weeks. Since the 30th, Sequoia has not made an update. I contacted Shoppe support and they reported that the product arrived in Belém on April 4th. So far, the 11th, they still haven't delivered. They do not comment, the site does not inform us of the whereabouts of the order. Whenever I buy now, I will be careful with the carrier. If it's Sequoia, I'll cancel right away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pedido constou como recebido mas não assinei nada e nunca chegou em meu endereço. Então fui reclamar na empresa. Achei o cnpj da sequoia e lá constava um endereço Tv Mauriti 2412, chegando no endereço me deparo com um portão preto só com um interfone, mas a moça me informa que lá não funciona Sequoia nenhuma. O endereço que consta no cadastro do cnpj está errado ou é só fachada. Agora não recebo reembolso da shopee e nem consigo saber com quem esses irresponsáveis deixaram meu produto sendo que deveriam entregar diretamente para o destinatário. Vou abrir mais um processo dentre muitos que essa empresa já tem. Nunca mais compro nada que essa transportadora entregue.
My order was recorded as received but I didn't sign anything and it never arrived at my address. So I went to complain to the company. I found the sequoia cnpj and there was an address Tv Mauriti 2412, arriving at the address I come across a black gate with only an intercom, but the girl informs me that no Sequoia works there. The address in the cnpj registration is wrong or is just a facade. Now I don't receive a refund from the shopee and I can't even know who these irresponsible people left my product with and they should deliver it directly to the recipient. I'm going to open one more process among many that this company already has. I will never buy anything from this carrier again.
