 I have been a patient of Andressa Fontes for some years and I always see dedication and care in the way she receives us, welcomes us and tries to make our food plan tasty, practical and diverse! Elizabeth has been with me for some years and regardless of weight, I can say that I feel different today! I learned that nutrition goes far beyond the physical body, and that our body reveals much of our thoughts and beliefs in a lifetime. I learned to balance food, respecting my emotions.
