★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi fazer reclamação na ouvidoria e onde for, meu pai de 86 anos tinha retorno marcado com o ortopedista Sérgio as 11:45h 22/12/2018, é as 11:40h o mesmo saiu para almoçar deixando meu pai esperando por atendimento. Não havia nenhum responsável no local para tratar situação. Isso é negligência, pois estamos falando de um idoso, aguardando sentado reclamando de dores nas costas e com calor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone, dão alta na fisioterapia neurológica sem o paciente ficar bem, se vencer a receita eles não renovam e para fazer acompanhamento com neurologista é uma batalha sem fim.
They don't answer the phone, they discharge the neurological physiotherapy without the patient getting well, if the prescription expires they don't renew it and to follow up with a neurologist is an endless battle.
