★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar maravilhoso!! Meus dois cachorros se divertiram muito,principalmente na piscina de bolinhas!! Foi a primeira vez que ficaram em hotel e ficaram super bem!! Fiquei bem tranquila pois um dos meus é pequeno e velhinho,e a equipe de veterinarios é excelente!!! Super recomendo!!
 Wonderful place!! My two dogs had a lot of fun, especially in the ball pool !! It was the first time they stayed in hotel and they were super good !! I was very calm because one of mine is small and old, and the team of veterinarians is excellent !!! Super recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é excelente. Os cães tem a oportunidade de ficar ao ar livre, brincar. E o mais importante, gerenciado por médica veterinária formada, que ama os animais e a natureza. Já vi tanta coisa, tantas pessoas que fazem esse serviço de uma maneira amadora, muitas vezes dentro da sua própria casa apenas com o intuito de uma renda extra, mas sem nenhum conhecimento técnico, que chega a assustar. Parabéns pelo trabalho e disposição de vocês de oferecer esse serviço com profissionalismo.
The place is great. Dogs have the opportunity to stay outdoors, play. And most important, managed by trained veterinarian, who loves animals and nature. I've seen so much, so many people who do this service in an amateur way, often inside their own home just for an extra income, but without any technical knowledge, which even scares. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos clientes por mais de 2 anos e não recomendamos mais após grave acidente. Nossa cachorrinha é idosa e muito pequena (1kg), sempre foi recomendado que ficasse com animais de pequeno porte, o que diziam fazer. Quando fomos buscá-la haviam hematomas por todo o corpo e duas hérnias na barriga, uma muito grande. A dor era tanta que ela não estava comendo (vasilha estava cheia e após cirurgia voltou a comer e demorou 2 a 3 dias para defecar) nem saía da casinha. Não consigo saber se houve imprudência para gerar o acidente pois até agora não sei exatamente o que ocorreu; a versão contada não parece real (um pequeno "capote" causado por um cão de médio porte não me parece compatível com a quantidade e intensidade de lesões). Mas, a principal decepção foi a conduta após o acidente. Haviam telefones nossos e de veterinários, mas não fomos sequer informados do ocorrido, descobrimos buscando-a (por sorte, viva, já que mais de 2 dias com uma hérnia abdominal grande poderia ter sido fatal - as alças intestinais podem se torcer fora da cavidade abdominal, sob a pele, necrosando-as). Esperávamos que houvesse prestado atendimento médico veterinário (avaliação clínica com os profissionais indicados por nós, proprietários). Perdemos a confiança.

Our dog is old and very small (1kg), it was always recommended that you keep small animals, what they said to do. When we went to get her there were bruises all over her body and two herniats in the belly, a very large one. The pain was so great that she was not eating (the bowl was full and after surgery she ate again and took 2 to 3 days to defecate) nor leave the house. I can not know if there was any recklessness to generate the accident, because until now I do not know exactly what happened; the counted version does not seem real (a small "cloak" caused by a medium-sized dog does not seem compatible with the amount and intensity of injuries). But, the main disappointment was the conduct after the accident. There were phones of ours and veterinarians, but we were not even informed of what had happened, we found it by chance (fortunately, alive, since more than 2 days with a large abdominal hernia could have been fatal - intestinal loops may twist out of the cavity abdominal, under the skin, necrosing them). We hoped that he had provided veterinary medical care (clinical evaluation with the professionals indicated by us, owners). We have lost confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente durante um bom tempo. Acreditava que os meus "filhos" eram bem cuidados. Isso tudo ruiu, veio por terra quando a minha Bulldog morreu aos cuidados desse estabelecimento. Não era uma cachorra de idade. Morreu de insuficiência respiratória, devido a hemorragia nos pulmões. Essa hemorragia foi causada por aumento de temperatura corporal. Imagina o quanto ela sofreu, morrendo afogada no próprio sangue. Recebi essa notícia durante minha viagem, de supetão. "Ela morreu".
Na volta da viagem, fui buscar os outros dois (com um aperto no coração) e pegar as coisas da minha bebê. A explicação dada foi a mais simples possível. "Quando percebemos o que estava acontecendo com ela, tentamos fazer algo, mas ela morreu." Ou seja demoraram para perceber e as pessoas e o local não são preparados para qualquer emergência.
Depois disso, veio uma atitude que considero de uma insensibilidade, visão dinheirista, mesquinha (faltam palavras para descrever). "Você poderia deixar os cachorros ali do lado para acertamos os valores pendentes. Descontei os dias depois da morte da cachorra."
Como uma pessoa pode ser tão sem noção.
Claro que vai ter a desculpa que Bulldogs tem problemas de temperatura. Se receberam, deveriam ter a estrutura e a capacidade de cuidá-la. Por falta de cuidados mínimos, perdi a minha cachorra. Isso que avisamos para colocá-la em local adequado, devido ao calor.
Não dou nota mais baixa, porque não tem.

On the way back from the trip, I went to get the other two (with a heartache) and pick up my baby's things. The explanation given was as simple as possible. "When we realized what was happening to her, we tried to do something, but she died." In other words, they took time to realize and the people and the place are not prepared for any emergency.
After that came an attitude that I consider to be insensitive, money-making, petty (words lacking to describe). "You could leave the dogs by the side to settle the outstanding values. I missed the days after the dog died."
How a person can be so clueless.
Of course you'll have the excuse that Bulldogs have temperature problems. If received, they should have the structure and ability to care for it. For lack of minimal care, I lost my dog. This we warn you to put it in proper place due to the heat.
I do not give lower grade, because it does not have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent dog hotel in a farm. They have individual kennel for your dog. Open air offers the dogs a relaxing environment. My dogs were always well treated. Vet is on site. Only issue is its a bit a challenge to locate.
