★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De fato, contam com péssimo atendimento. Olha que não é a primeira vez que tenho essa impressão. Na primeira vez entrei em contato, mas não obtive retorno. Na segunda eles que me contataram, mas também não obtive retorno. Aguardo atendimento e simplesmente não tenho resposta. É muito "nome" (SERAC) pra pouca eficiência que necessita uma empresa de contabilidade. Se for pequeno/médio empreendedor, vá para outra contabilidade, acho que só atendem os grandes... Meus caros, melhorem o atendimento! Péssima impressão!
In fact, they have terrible customer service. Look, it's not the first time I've had this impression. The first time I contacted them, but I didn't get a response. On the second they contacted me, but I didn't get a response either. I'm waiting for an answer and I just don't have an answer. It's a lot of "name" (SERAC) for the little efficiency that an accounting firm needs. If you are a small/medium entrepreneur, go to another accounting, I think they only serve the big ones... My dear, improve the service! Bad impression!
