Tenho tentado inutilmente falar com alguém no SERASA e só há atendimento eletrônico. O criminoso também fez um cadastro no SERASA com meu CPF e não posso me cadastrar no site. Reclamarei ao PROCON para ver se o SERASA, finalmente, fala comigo.
Through Serasa eCred a swindler in possession of my CPF tried to get a loan from Banco Votorantim. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to someone at SERASA and there is only electronic service. The criminal also registered at SERASA with my CPF and I cannot register on the site. I will complain to PROCON to see if SERASA, finally, talks to me.
